Family Holiday by the Lake

Family holiday, swimming, fishing, hiking - all this can be enjoyed in very special surroundings. Our family run hotel is not only a home away from home for its guests but the nearby Putterersee Lake also belongs to the hotel. The 13 hectares of crystal clear waters that reach pleasant temperatures of up to 27°C are ideal for a refreshing swim.

The lake has a beach and a spacious lawn for sunbathing and relaxing, jetties and boats can be rented free of charge by our guests. Also at your disposal are changing rooms, sun loungers and umbrellas. A special hint: windsurfing and a giant trampoline for more fun.

Swimming, Windsurfing and Boating

The hotel's own private Putterersee Lake is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Lawns, rowing boats, windsurfers, changing rooms, umbrellas, sun loungers, giant trampoline, diving tower, an inflatable island and a well-kempt beach volleyball court make sure that every minute of every sunny day can be enjoyed to the full.

Fishing

Fishing fanatics receive a particularly warm welcome here and we offer excellent fishing packages.
In addition to the Putterersee Lake , which is just 5 minutes walk away, you can also try your luck in the popular waters of the area such as Gulling river, Hofer-Lohe estuary and the river Enns.

Mount Grimming is the most famous mountain in the Enns Valley. Where ever you may be in the valley the mountain dominates the view. To conquer Mount Grimming you will not only need to be an experienced hiker and free of vertigo, but you will also need the best equipment and top fitness.

Apart from this the Enns Valley offers numerous extensive hiking tours for big and small, old and young.

In Gesäuse mountain region (approx. 30 minutes drive) you will find a large number of attractive climbing tours.
